What's New in Hammer Missions - July 2021 Update

Updated: Aug 2, 2021

1. Data Analysis - 3D Views & New Tools!

Our data analysis platform (Hammer Hub) now features a rich 3D view - so that you can inspect your vertical assets in 3D space and maintain location context for all images during post processing.

This release also includes new tools so that you can add / delete images from existing projects and also view annotated images colour coded when marked with a defect.

2. Utility Pylon Inspections

We've launched a new mission type - Pylon Inspections! This mission allows you setup automatic flight paths around a Utility Pylon / Transmission Tower whilst keeping clear of the powerlines at all times.

3. Tower Mapping - Auto Gimbal Pitch

Say hello to a neat little upgrade to our Tower Mapping Missions! This mission type now includes an 'Automatic Gimbal Pitch' option - ensuring that the drone automatically adjusts its gimbal pitch from the target tower based on the distance and height of the drone.

4. Custom RTK Settings & RINEX data (beta)

Tired of switching between apps to get custom RTK settings working? Now set them up directly from the Hammer App! Hammer also generates RINEX data on the drone's SD card which can be used for PPK processing of the drone data.

5. P1 Camera Integration

We've added support for the DJI Zenmuse P1 sensor, supported by M300 drones.
