At Hammer Missions™, we provide an end-to-end software platform that makes infrastructure inspections more efficient by using drones, software automation & AI.
We're currently on the hunt for a hands-on digital marketer who can take charge of developing and executing our overall marketing strategy. You will be working very closely with our senior management, consultants and software engineers in this role and will be leading all marketing activities from beginning to completion.
This is an opportunity to be a part of the founding team, lead all marketing campaigns and play a significant role in shaping the future of aerial robotics and geospatial data.
Act as the main strategist behind structured marketing campaigns.
Develop strategies to drive leads and traffic to our web & mobile software platforms.
Analyse and measure the effectiveness of customer acquisition channels.
Optimise acquisition cost (CAC) following the bulls-eye method (amongst others).
Develop engaging marketing collateral - both written and video content, working with third parties and other stakeholders in the team as and when required.
Track and optimising SaaS metrics - CAC, CLV, ACV, churn.
Undertake customer feedback and market research.
Prepare, launch and measure email newsletters and social media campaigns.
Monitor, invest and optimise company’s marketing budget.
3-5 years growth marketing experience (ideally in B2B SaaS software).
Strong understanding of marketing frameworks & principles.
Experienced in channel discovery and optimisation.
An understanding of SaaS metrics and growth optimisation.
Comfortable with a variety of web analytics tools - wix, google analytics, hotjar, google keyword planner, hubspot or similar (not afraid of learning new tools!)
Experience running and optimising PPC campaigns.
Great copywriting and communication skills.
Strong analytical and creative problem solving skills.
A degree in marketing or a related field.
SEO and SEM experience is a huge plus.
Experience allocating marketing budgets.
We're based in West London, UK.
Mostly ordinary commute to and from our offices. You might be expected to travel to drone flying sites in and around London from time to time. Don't worry - all paid for by us! Besides, who doesn't want to watch an automated drone in action, right?
