# Hammer Missions > Hammer Missions is AI inspection software for engineering firms and enterprise asset owners. Capture buildings, bridges and parking structures with drones or 3D Lidar, build digital twins, quantify defects with AI, then issue reports and query findings in plain language. Hammer Missions is operated by Hammer Flights Ltd, registered in England & Wales (company number 11973026), headquartered in London with operations across the United States, United Kingdom and Canada. The platform is used by structural and building envelope engineers, building science consultants, asset managers and portfolio owners, and insurance underwriting, claims and risk engineering teams. ## Capture methods - DJI drones: flight planning, automated capture, processing and AI analysis. Includes DJI Enterprise series and DJI Mini 4 Pro. - Skydio, Parrot and Autel drones: processing and AI analysis. - XGRIDS PortalCam: handheld 3D Lidar capture for interiors and parking structures, where GPS is unavailable. ## Products - **Hammer Hub** — web platform for upload, processing, 3D model generation, AI analysis, annotation, measurement and reporting. https://hub.hammermissions.com - **Hammer App** — mobile and smart-controller application for automated drone flight execution. https://www.hammermissions.com/apk - **Spector AI** — defect detection model, identifying cracking, corrosion, water ingress and spalling. - **Hamlet AI** — deficiency quantification, producing counts, areas, lengths and condition assessment. - **ALICE** — the AI Agent for Licensed Inspectors & Consulting Engineers. Launched September 2026. Lets engineers query a completed inspection in plain language and generate costed repair scopes directly from inspection data. ## Outputs and accuracy Outputs include 2D orthomosaic maps, 3D models and point clouds, digital twins of facades and full building envelopes, 2D thermal maps and 3D thermal models, measurements and in-context annotations, and exportable PDF and Word inspection reports. 3D model accuracy up to 1 cm (½ inch). Export formats include .tiff, .las, .obj and .kml. ## ALICE: querying inspection data ALICE sits on top of a completed project as an intelligent co-pilot. Rather than paging through imagery and filtering tables, engineers ask questions in plain language — isolate a defect type, restrict to one elevation, filter above a severity threshold, or scope and price a specific repair option. Three capabilities distinguish it: - **Unified view of the asset.** Every AI-detected defect, its measured area and its severity are held together across facade and roof in one coherent view, rather than split across report sections. Deterioration crosses those boundaries: a drainage fault on a roof plane and staining running down the elevation below it are one problem, and only look like one problem when seen together. - **Traceable answers.** Each response stays tied to the 3D model. The defects behind any figure can be opened, the source imagery reviewed and the measurement checked. The engineer remains the author of the call. - **Pattern recognition across elevations and cycles.** ALICE separates systemic failure from isolated damage. Twelve spalls scattered across a building are a maintenance item; the same twelve clustering along one construction joint and growing between inspection cycles are a structural investigation. Isolated damage gets patched, systemic patterns change the repair scope. Example output: asked to scope rust staining repair, ALICE produces an executive summary of condition, defect statistics broken down by severity, and priced repair options — a cosmetic surface treatment against a structural corrosion treatment — with a recommendation and quantities carried through from the measured defect areas. Every figure traces back to a located defect on the model, with no manual re-entry.
